Megan & Zac are HITCHED!

I haven't seen the cake & cupcakes set up for the wedding yet, but here's a sneak peek.  I should have some better pictures after the wedding.   What a great date to get married 11.11.11.    Megan could not find a baker to use her recipes (see below) so I told her I'd be happy to do them for her, her way.   I can't wait to see the cake with her wedding toppers!

Red Velvet Cake
Red Velvet cake made with Fage Greek Yogurt
-1 box mix, Red Velvet
-1 cup of Fage Greek yogurt, plain
-1 cup water
*Mix together and put in pan

Triple Chocolate Cupcake
- 1 box mix, triple chocolate
-1 cup Fage Greek yogurt, plain
-1 cup water
*Mix together and put in pan



Lemon Cupcakes
- 1 box mix, lemon
-1 cup Fage Greek yogurt, plain
-1 cup water
*Mix together and put in pan

Prosecco Cupcakes
- 1 box mix, white
-1 1/4 cup Prosecco
-1 egg
-1/3 cup oil
*Mix together and put in pan

Cupcakes topped with fuschia & jade hearts
William Sonoma pearlized sugar crystals
