Cookie Tags

In a few weeks my aunt is having a party for her mom's 75th Birthday.  I'll be making cookie pops & cupcakes for the party.  I made tags for each cookie pop using a 1 3/8" circle punch, 1 1/2" circle punch and Stampin' Up's scallop punch
