1. Use 2 circle cutters. (Ateco Circle set is great!)
2. Use the smaller circle to cut out a piece of fondant about 1" thick. This helps with consistancy in the sizes of your helmets.
3. Roll the fondant you just cut out into a ball
4. Press down the bottom edge towards the table all the way around to make a lip
5. Use the ateco cutter upside down and press down so it makes a straight side
6. Press the lip flat
7. Using the alrger cutter cut off the excess lip
8. Round the top with your hands so it looks like a helmet
10. Roll a extra thin piece of yellow & use a small star cutter
11. Apply gumpaste glue to attach the star
